History

The 6th Street Fair dates back to 1970 when it popped up as "Funsville" where Lincoln Square now stands today at NE 8th & Bellevue Way. In 1990, the Bellevue Downtown Association was invited by the former property owner to take over management of the fair. It was then renamed the 6th Street Fair. In 2000, after the Lincoln Square developement got underway, the BDA moved ther fair to its current location today at NE 6th Street & 106th Ave NE.
